What perspective does Arish bring?
In CONTROL, Arish is associated with keeping people alive inside an unsafe workplace. That differs from Darling's research focus and Jesse's responsibility as Director. Remembering his security background helps place him when familiar Bureau personnel appear together.
His earlier postings in Maintenance and Executive belong to the Oldest House. They are useful character context, not a map of his location or duties in the sequel's changed city.

What is known for Resonant?
The cast material names Arish among the returning characters. We have not found a public mission order, combat role or reward list for him, so we are not assigning him to a specific Zone yet.
For newcomers, he is one of the FBC's people who dealt with containment at ground level. That is enough background to understand why he may react differently to a crisis than the Bureau's researchers do.

Arish represents the FBC's security and Ranger perspective in the first game. That perspective differs from Darling's research and Pope's scientific work. Keeping these roles distinct helps when older Bureau names appear together: they were not all responsible for the same part of Dylan's treatment or Jesse's investigation.
The sequel's citywide crisis makes a security perspective relevant, but a named return does not disclose Arish's Manhattan assignment, playable route or reward list.
